Backtracking a little bit, last weekend was the Brookline Symphony Winter Concert. It was super fun, and went well. And my mom and @kimkimkaboom attended :) I’m so lucky to have friends and family that support me.
This weekend my lovely sister Natalie AND my amazing boyfriend Sean are both turning the big 3-0! To celebrate, Sean and I are spending a couple of nights together in Keene, NH.
This weekend is also St Patrick’s Day. I don’t have any solid plans yet, but I’m hoping to see my friend who will be visiting from CT. I also live in Dorchester, so I’ll likely patron one of the local Irish pubs.
And then next weekend I’ll be in Dallas, TX from March 21-24. A couple of days will be filled with work obligations, but the other time will be spent exploring the city with a couple of friends from work (including the aforementioned great @kimkimkaboom)! We’ve already created a loose itinerary of ‘must see’ attractions.
And finally, Easter. Which includes playing the annual brass quartet gig with my dad followed by lunch plans with both of my parents.
So, like I said, March is exciting. It’s already halfway over - because 2013 is flying by - but there’s still so much to look forward to!
Update on my 25 in 25 list I created last year:
I crossed off a couple this year, so that’s pretty cool!
It’s my birthday! And in light of my quarter-century milestone, I thought I’d take some time to think about what I’d like to accomplish in the next quarter of a century. Not quite a bucket list, but the list that comes before that. So, here’s goes (in no particular order):
This list was actually a lot harder to put together than I imagined. I believe this is due to a few reasons, such as the fact that I’m already so happy with how my life is turning out. It’s also hard to imagine what will happen in 25 years and what I actually want to do and/or accomplish by the time I turn 50. Plus, my biggest dreams and what I really want to make sure I accomplish tend to revolve around travelling and starting my family. As long as I’m happy and have a happy, healthy family, then I’m sure I will remain as content with my life in 2036 as I am in 2011.
